Privacy Policy

Key Terms

  • Application : The NFC Alarm Clock application.
  • Developer : Gabe Gonzalez, the developer of the Application.
  • User : Anyone that uses the Application, or is curious about the Application's policies.
  • PSI : Short for Personal and Sensitive Information, which includes, but isn't limited to, personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, phonebook, contacts SMS and call related data, microphone and camera sensor data, and sensitive device or usage data.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy is meant to help the User understand the information that the Application collects, why it collects, and how that information is used.

Information Collection and Use

The Application only stores information pertaining to alarms, User preferences, or data meant to enhance the User experience.

This information is stored locally, only visible to the Application, and is never shared with anyone or any other app. (See Security for more information)

The Application never accesses or saves Sensitive Personal Information.

If a User chooses to store any PSI in the Application, the User is responsible for complying with any regulatory controls regarding that data.

The Application does not use any third-party libraries that may collect PSI; however, this Privacy Policy cannot speak for the Android or Google libraries.

Security

While the information that is stored should only be visible to the Application, it is possible that on a modified phone, such as one that has been rooted, this may not be the case. Consequently, the Developer cannot guarantee the information's absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

This Privacy Policy does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Application does not knowingly collect PSI from anyone, let alone children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, as a result, the User is advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
