Hello,

I LOVE THIS PROJECT!!!!!!
But I'm wondering if this can be done with Bluetooth instead of usb-C because I would like to power my pi from a power bank and still use the keyboard to control my pc. The reason why I do this is because I want to put my mini pc on a power bank as well (So it's portable) and I don't want that power bank's battery charge to be reduced quicker.

So can this be done with bluetooth?

Just wondering,

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that it can, but I'm also pretty sure I wont find the time to try!

Here's a guide that may or may not work for you: https://thanhle.me/make-raspberry-pi3-as-an-emulator-bluetooth-keyboard/

Plus the associated GitHub repo: https://github.com/quangthanh010290/BL_keyboard_RPI

Exactly my kind of ideal setup, Pi400 + power bank. I'll try the listed link as they should work.

But it's a shame both yours and the link listed are emulating the keyboard on top of the existing OS. Would be interesting to get a very low power implementation where we can fully run as a keyboard, with minimal overhead.

UPDATE: The link you provided has some issues with RPi 4 bluetooth, I'm still unable to install it.
