ISMRM Hackathon 2023 re: communication

Suggestion about API overhaul development (removing xml configs, creating gadget classes instead) might not be achievable in allotted time period. Andrew Dupuis suggested finishing the starting project - which seemed more reasonable for this event.
Starter project in 'add-basics' branch:

This project can be built "out of tree" - within a container with an already completed Gadgetron environment.
Potential things to hack
Notes
Docker and C++ -based tutorial might still be a bit complicated. Maybe something with a Python-based focus?
