Just wonder if you are doing anything else not related to react / frontend development.
As you know functional programming I wonder if you ever tried to program a backend in a functional (or even imperative) language.
My personal opinion is that you should invest some time in learning distributed systems, eventual/causal consistency etc, because I think the state of backend/frontend communication is not good enough (even with Falcor/Relay/Meteor/Firebase/Parse...) and it would really be great to have some people disrupt this field with a "full-stack flux architecture"
I’ve been writing some backend code in the past but it was ORM-based and very imperative. I’m not currently looking into functional backend architectures but I agree it’s a good place to get inspiration.
