I taught the metatranscriptomics tutorial last week.

Here are some ideas to improve it

Change inputs data
1. To get more diversity to show
2. Use >=2 datasets
Make the biological question more clear
Move SortMeRNA after MetaPhlAn, right before HUMAnN when we need it to limit confusion
Expand explanation of the purpose of SortMeRNA
Add explanation about concepts like taxonomy, tree of life, community profile, etc
Add more visualizations and comparison visualizations
Relate to the other questions
