Prior MACS2 dependency fix: galaxyproject/galaxy#2226

All other outputs are ok, just this one produces a tool error. I don't think it was specifically tested in May (when the core dependencies issues impacting all/most MACS2 tools were resolved).

Found the issue. The inputs need to have the database metadata attribute assigned in order to produce this particular output file.

I am going to close this out.
