SearchGUI Peptide Shaker fails and the new Identification parameters keeps failing

We have been trying to run the old version of SGPS and it keeps failing with few datasets mainly with Peptide Shaker, I am sharing an example of SGPS testing.

Identification parameters- fails for any datasets we have tried.

Hi @subinamehta ,

I'm sorry, I didn't realise about this issue on time. The link provided is not available anymore, but, as we currently encourage to use the new backends, could you try to execute them with your dataset in order to check if it works with them?
