Preview Image file via IIIF

This may include integrating IIIF previewer.

Having a IIIF service within InvenioRDM could be useful not only for special collections materials such as scanned documents and photos, but would also be an important value add for researchers who generate high-resolution images as part of their research output (e.g., cell images like these).

At Code4Lib Chicago last week, we saw a couple of presentations on IIIF that I'm posting for reference:

• Adam Arling's Introduction to IIIF
• Michael Klein's talk on their Javascript-based IIIF service. Here is a very similar presentation from Open Repositories 2019: Building node-iiif: A perfomant, standards-compliant IIIF service in < 500 lines of code.
