/admin/ftp doesn't work #4

I load it manually in the modules folder, I run the "Run migration" function.
Later, the FTP tab appears on the first page, but when I click it opens a / admin / ftp page, while my panel is in / home.

Any idea why it doesn't work? Or clearer installation instructions?
