Hi everyone, do you know if is it possible to modify the y-axis range of the plot generated by the GAMj package?

image

As you can see, the y-range goes up to 0.2 even if the single point only goes up to less than 0.1. I think this is due to the fact that I am only plotting the 'random effects' and not the 'observed scores,' which do reach 0.2 (pic below). However, I only want plotting 'random effects' so I would like it to be limited to 0.1, as it would improve the graph's appearance.

Also, I would like to take this opportunity to ask why it might be interesting to plot the 'observed scores'? As far as I know, these would be the values of the model only taking into account the fixed factors and not the random ones. Still, since it is a mixed model, it will always be essential to consider these random variables. So, I do not see the sense of showing only the values of the fixed ones. But it's possible that I'm wrong and not understanding it correctly.

Thank you all in advance.
Regards,

Did you select Y-axis observed range?

Did you select Y-axis observed range?

First of all, thank your for your answer.
I have tried selecting it and not, and it does not modify the y axis in any way

could you send me (via email) an example as .omv?
