Wrong defintion for PLSuperExpCutoff

The variable Index2 in the model PLSuperExpCutoff should be positive, as it reflects the exponent in the arguments of the exponential (see explanation of model and example XML model).

I will submit a pull-request fixing this in a few minutes.
