As discussed a week ago in the Gitter chat and as @mahagr suggested in #256 , it will be really helpful if we can overwrite Admin CSS.

You can override the admin css by copying administrator/com_gantry5/templates/partials/base.html.twig to your-template/custom/admin/templates/partials/base.html.twig and changing the path to the stylesheet or adding a new one.
