This adds a feature requested on a Trello card.
For a zero group over a perm group, we can get an isomorphism to a partial perm semigroup by taking an isomorphism from the perm group to a partial perm semigroup, and then adding in the empty partial perm as the zero.
This doesn't have to be over perm groups though: for any other type of group, first take an isomorphism to a perm group.
