Short description

I think that, in the HUD, there should be a mob count of how many mobs are left in the arena.
That way, you know to search for any mobs that you might have missed.

Implementation details

A per-arena setting could be made to toggle it on or off.

I suggest that if the arena is stuck too long on a certain wave a title will display showing how many are left, and/or we could make them glow so it will be easier to see the mobs.
