I've installed this google-opt-out-plugin and everything OUGHT to be fine, but 
it AIN'T :(
I keep getting annoying adds about useless c**p and infomercials about just as 
useless stuff :(

PLEASE tell me how to get rid of this c**p ONCE AND FOR ALL!! :(

The plugin is not disabling ads, it's disabling the use of a specific cookie. 
That's all.
