p4-resolve doesn't prompt you to login

If you run p4-resolve when logged out, you don't get prompted to log in. That's because it runs P4 via make-comint.

(I've given this the priority "nice" because typically you only run p4-resolve immediately after a failed p4-sync, so it would be very unusual to find yourself logged out at that point.)
