Introduction to DRPPM

DRPPM is a library collection of scripts for analyzing DNA/RNA/Proteome/Post-translational Modifications. While its main purpose is to ensure reproducibility for my publications, many of the pipelines might be useful for general public use. The library contains scripts and software pipelines for analyzing somatic lesions, transcription regulation, proteome, and metabolome. As part of the package, tools were developed for gene/protein network analysis and interactive visualizations.Examples of the input and outputs could be found here
