If there's a meta refresh tag in an html response, it could be good to provide users with a DSL to configure this meta easily.

We could :
*Add a capturer for this purpose: getMetaRefresh
*Allow pauses to get values from context: pause(FromContext("refresh.time"))
*Use the refresh url in next request: get(FromContext("refresh.url"))

Something like that.

won't fix: capture the meta value and use it to build the next request
