Consistent Error on Gatsby Wordpress Preview

Hello!

When I try to use Wordpress Draft Preview for my client's content (this is for a custom post type), it goes through the motions of 'Building your site" and "Polishing your site" but then is constantly giving me this error page:

It works randomly at times, but most times it errors out.

I have all the hooks set up properly and when I click the logs there are no errors to show.

Currently using WP Gatsby Plugin 2.3.2
