I suggest AGPL because I like that it doesn't let anyone make a derivative version and keep the code secret or proprietary, and it also requires that the source and license be mentioned if anyone hosts the code somewhere.
However, MIT is probably the license most common in the JavaScript world (unfortunately IMO vs AGPL, but still MIT is a legitimate Open Source license, so it's still overall good)
