Request For Enhancement
Potentially Unwanted Programs sometimes set browser.newtab.url to some other page.
Could this be added to the list of resets.

Anyone who has deliberately set this can easily set it again if it is reset by your addon, but many users where a rogue toolbar or whatever has reset this are not able to reset it themselves unaided, they probably need this addon anyway to reset the other things.
