Alexey Seregin at the Moscow University Herbarium approached GBIF-Norway at a conference in Irkutsk in September 2018 about assistance from Norwegian citizen science volunteers for transcribing labels from their (recently imaged) herbarium specimens with locations in Norway.

Follow up when staffing resources allows...
