Open Account Page / Login Server in a new Tab

At the moment, when clicking on "login" or the user name in the right corner in the header, the Account Page is opened in the same tab in the browser. I think it would be better to open this page in a new tab, because when you log in via a given provider the user is redirected to the account page. To come back to BARTOC he has to right-click on the back button of the browser and select BARTOC.org. With just a click on the back button he would directed to the provider where the user entered hie login data.

If a new tab would be opened, the user just had to close the login tab. This would be more user friendly.

Redirection from login-server has been implemented, I guess it has just not been enabled on BARTOC yet.
