Feature request: add ability to store time series data in VictoriaMetrics

It would be great to be able to use VictoriaMetrics instead of InfluxDB. It has better integration with Prometheus+Grafana stack, it supports PromQL and it has lower system requirements when working with big number of time series. There are instructions for ARM build.

Its a pity VictoriaMetrics doesn't just release a armhf image. I'll try make an Alpine based image for this

Take a look how other images are created at https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/blob/master/app/victoria-metrics/Makefile and try creating build rule for armhf image. Supplemental build rules for docker images are located at https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/blob/master/deployment/docker/Makefile .

It would be great if you could send a pull request, which add Makefile rules for armhf images.
