This PR updates the .travis.yml file to allow parallel builds, one for the django codebase and one for the hardware codebase. This will allow us to create and run automated tests against the hardware scripts that will be run in a raspberry pi emulated on a docker container that will run in travis.
Additionally added logging to our hardware communications server and performed a 16 hour stress test to make sure that the Pi's continue to talk.
