Reproduced in the desktop version.
Steps to reproduce:
1/ click on any activity
2/ click on the gcompris "home" button
3/ click on any activity again
4/ click on the gcompris "home" button

=> the application is quiting immediately

Confirmed. What happens is that the home signal of the activity is connected to the home signal of the menu. but it is done each time we enter an activity and never disconnected. thus we get the home signal for the number of time we entered the activity instead of once.
