project: wrong link to "project/page/2/" #915

Using the latest hugo-academic development version (f40c63d with hugo v0.54) the link to "project/page/2" is not not working correctly (see here: https://kwb-r.gitlab.io/pubs/project/) as it resolves to https://kwb-r.gitlab.io/pubs/pubs/project/page/2/ instead of https://kwb-r.gitlab.io/pubs/project/page/2/

In the config.toml the baseURL is specified as "https://kwb-r.gitlab.io/pubs/"

Hugo's template just uses `.URL`:
https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/blob/master/tpl/tplimpl/embedded/templates.autogen.go

An update has been made in 8a3f758 so our pagination is now the same code as Hugo itself uses. Please update to the latest master version. If there is still an issue, please reach out to Hugo support on the forums.
