Add govisord tests & examples

govisord needs to have some kind of test suite to verify that it works, and probably also we should publish example manifests somewhere.

Actually, there are manifests in the samples/ directory. Yes, a test suite would still be good. I welcome contributions here... The framework has tests, but the daemon doesn't yet.
