Thank you for implementing Resume/Suspend and for fixing the first char loss when suspending a tcell app!

On windows machine (Windows8/10) the prompt cursor disappears while suspending the screen. It seems v2.1.0 does not exhibit the same problem while creating/finishing the screen during similar operations.
On unix/osx the prompt cursor is correctly displayed while in suspend mode using the very same code.

Also after a suspend operation and exiting the tcell app the powershell cursor is also no longer visible.
