Consider shutting down project

For the Angular side of things, it seems like the focus and momentum is with https://github.com/AngularCommunity/community-website. We haven't been able to attract any non-GDG Angular contributors to this project.

For the GDG side of things, there is still a need for a website built on top of Meetup / the GDG-X Hub. But there seems to be more interest atm in building out the backend to keep the Hub going via ingesting from Meetup.com's API. Once that project is done and the Hub is serving up data sourced from Meetup.com, then we can re-evaluate how this project should function. I.e. how we mix our use of calls to the GDG-X Hub and Meetup.com API.

However, we've had very little interest in getting the Hub Meetup.com API integration working so that project may take up all available resources and/or may not be completed.

It doesn't look like the Hub integration with the Meetup API is going to happen. I'm going to mark this project as deprecated as I shift my focus towards Angular community projects.
