Interface freezes in Windows 10 (geany 1.26 bundle)

In Win10 when cursor in edit window and after click to text (cursor similar to "|" ) vertical scroolbar is not working. After click on toolbar - scroll is ok/ Randomly freezes toolbar, buttons is not clickable, but menu still works ok.
In Win7 on same computer all was ok.

To both posters, just saying "Geany crashed" is not going to help find the problem. You can be assured that the bundle works on win 10 for others, though not necessarily in your locale.

Do not mix in unrelated problems such as chinese input on macs, please make that a separate issue.
