Highlighting the current line

Please consider highlighting the line number of the line containing the cursor and
the corresponding position in the matches listing as well. Thanks for
creating such an amazingly useful product!

You can tweak the style used to highlight the current line by editing the colour scheme, if that helps. I think to do like GtkSourceView where it puts the current line number bold in the line number margin would require changes to Scintilla.
