Proposal

sails define its own ActorId, MessageId, CodeId. Can we use gcore or gstd for convenient conversions?

We had a conversation with @breathx and @osipov-mit and decided gstd's ActorId, MessageId, CodeId will be treated as builtin types by IDL generation process.
