Inkscape plugin for generating a heightMap from contourlines drawn in Inkscape
Copy all the files in /inkscape to your Inkscape-Extensions-Folder (Inkscape/share/extensions), restart Inkscape and you should see an entry "Height Map" in your extensions-menu.
