📜 Description

Backups and disaster recovery is an essential part of any cluster, especially one that is hosting many services, especially locally. To this end, I would like to see a guide to Velero added to the cookbook, including installation and configuration against either BackBlaze B2/S3, or Minio against NFS, as well as a guide to restoration.
