Kubernetes Dashboard recipe does not include instructions to create a namespace

Following along with the kubernetes dashboard recipe, there are no instructions to create a namespace for the application listed on the page.

2️⃣ Expected Behaviour

The page should include complete instructions for deploying Kubernetes Dashboard into a user's cluster.

3️⃣ Actual Behaviour

Namespace configuration instructions are missing from the page

4️⃣ Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow the instructions to deploy Kubernetes Dashboard
2. Reconcile the kustomization
3. Notice kustomization fails to reconcile with error "Kustomization reconciliation failed: DNSEndpoint/kubernetes-dashboard/kubernetes-dashboard.skaggsfamily.us namespace not specified: namespaces "kubernetes-dashboard" not found"

Need to add the namespace config section to the page.
