Not working on CentOS 8 - libselinux-python package does not exist #20

This role breaks on RHEL and CentOS 8, as the libselinux-python package no longer exists; I believe it should instead be python3-libselinux.

Well that works... but now I'm getting an error with the task:

- name: Restart network service (explicitly).
  service: name=network state=restarted

For now I'm trying to just leave that task off for RHEL < 8 and we'll see if things still work okay.
