Image build asking for geographic area and timezone if using Podman #2

Just tried building this image with rootless Podman and it asks for the area I live in and the timezone. I think it should build without asking questions.

That's strange; I have not seen this issue when following the instructions and just running docker build ..

Yeh I've just run into an issue with this and pytz.
For some reason the default timezone in /etc/timezone is set as /UTC (missing an area), as opposed to Etc/UTC in ubuntu 18.04

As at least a temporary fix, RUN echo "Etc/UTC" > /etc/timezone works

You could also add build args like this containers/podman#7398 (comment)

or use my PR #3
But I've not yet found out which timezone is set with this. But it seems good practice to add DEBIAN_FRONTEND=nointeractive somewhere.
