Update nginx role to latest version

Summary

I just merged in some updated vhost configuration logic (see geerlingguy/ansible-role-nginx#91) to the Nginx role (thanks to @oxyc !), and will next be merging in some support for easier-to-extend templates (see geerlingguy/ansible-role-nginx#92).

Once that's done, it would probably be good to bump Drupal VM to a new minor release due to the large amount of refactoring/churn.

Also, I'd probably want to merge #1327 in that timeframe as well, since it's a non-trivial amount of changes.
