Copying a suggestion over from Twitter (typos and all):

Maybe a question for the next Drupal stream, but I'm wondering about documenting install steps/common tasks in a README compared to automating with bash scripts or Makefiles?

Could remove some duplication if the same commands are being run locally and in CI?
