does this starter loads all the posts firsts and then slices it as per loading capacity?

Hi,

Thanks for this starter but I fear if my understanding is corrrect. Does this template loads all the posts and passes it to child components and then child components slices it show only as many posts as the current screen can hold, and then on every scroll event just loads the next set of posts?
