Calculation of uncertainty maps using the deterministic event based method

What needs to be done?

This is related to the calculation of the loss maps as follows: the value for each location in the loss map is actually the mean of a number of loss ratios (one per ground motion field (GMF)).
The uncertainty map has the same locations like the loss map. The values are the calculated as follows: take the loss map value and the actual loss ratios (one per GMF) it is the mean of and calculate the standard deviation. The latter is the value that goes into the uncertainty map.

Please see also the whiteboard diagram, Vitor's explanations as well as the user story in the pivotal tracker.
