Thanks for releasing this project. I was wondering if you could be kind enough of letting all interested users know what are the features and the purpose of torq. I understand from the files available it is a trajectory planner, but it would be nice to have more details on the purpose, features and other relevant details. Also, under which license are you releasing this code?
