libxml Error while running the simulator #1

I am getting the following error while running the simulator

sim/node_modules/libxmljs/lib/document.js:169
return bindings.fromXml(string, options||{});
^
Error: Premature end of data in tag html line 2

at Object.module.exports.fromXml (/home/user/abc/sim/node_modules/libxmljs/lib/document.js:169:21)

$ node -v
v7.10.1
$ npm -v
4.2.0
