Better chapter sort system.

Currently chapters are sorted by ID, but this may prove an issue, if missing earlier chapters are added later in the lifespan of the manga.
First of all an attempt, where we extract the numbers and try to sort them by these extracted numbers.
Second, and maybe the final solution is to add a drag and drop system, to change the order of the chapters manually.
