looks strange I used to build it fine, live mono version? can you try with ~ mono?

It's wrong target in ikvm... csproj
it should be 4.5 instead of 2.0 (and tools version should be 4.0 instead of 3.5)

solved with https://github.com/gentoo/dotnet/blob/master/dev-util/monodevelop/files/gentoo-dotnet-issue-30.patch
