Not sure if you are interested but I think it would be great if you would add your implementation to Gadgetbridge.

Gadgetbridge is a framework which enables various smart devices to be used and managed with Android. I use it for my various smartwatches and it would be really great to have the Wahoo Bolt working with Gadgetbridge.

I think it would be a win-win. You would have a great GUI/framework and Gadgetbridge would have a new device.
