Entities are not clear to some users - add some help for adding appropriate types of entities.

Help page

Add "how to" sections for specific tasks like "how to add my band" or "how to add a venue"

Events in line

Add a button to "add a venue" next to the venue line, and see if we can't automatically inject that venue after adding (refresh button?)
Add a help-text with hover to explain what to do if something is missing
