Write a better Tutorial aka "Getting Started" for new users doc

This task will be used to document how to make the demo work on a user site and customize it. The document will be directed at non-programmers.

Looking through this, I see a lot of it already exists (with one out of date). Some links provided below. This looks like an organization problem. Would this be addressed with a new how to of the sort, how to start using GeoMoose with your data? It may primarily be ordered links to other documentation with additional explanation around it.
