DOC: overview of (interactive) plotting options

From discussion on twitter: we don't directly have plans to include interactive plotting in geopandas itself, it would be nice to have documentation with an overview of different options.

The ones that I know:

• Leaflet based: folium, ipyleaflet
• Bokeh based: https://github.com/PatrikHlobil/Pandas-Bokeh/ has GeoPandas support, not sure about Bokeh itself
• plotly?
• Altair
  • Nice example: https://iliatimofeev.github.io/gpdvega/gallery/map_with_data.html (but need to look to what extent this is now in base altair)
• http://geoviews.org/

It would be especially interesting the ones that integrate easily with GeoPandas.

Agree.

Regarding plotly, it currently does not support geopandas, but they plan to do it soon plotly/plotly_express#29

We should also think how exactly we should do that as our existing docs are not well suited for interactivity (xref #1076 and #280).
